I cannot tell if the charger is 120/240 V, as I don't have a 410, but I would expect it to be so, as all my digital cameras use switching power supplies that are multi-voltage. Even the charger is not 120/240 a small step down transformer can be used. It should not cost more that 10-20 Euros. Here in the USA, a small step down transformer - part of a Travel Kit - at Radio Shack sells for under $ 20. Thus, if the Olympus 410 is cheap enough, just order it and get a transformer locally. 2008/5/18 Philippe AMARD <philippe.amard@xxxxxxxx>: > Hi All, > > my daughter would like to get an Oly for her birthday (soon), and we've had > a look at the auction site. > Prices are plummeting in the US on a model she covets (410 double kit). > Only hitch, we don't know if Olies delivered in the US are 110V exclusive. > And Europe has a 220 v standard. > Could any , or more, of you let me know if the charger / adaptor is 220 v > compatible? > > Thanks in anticipation for swift replies as we wouldn't like to miss the > auction, or buy some gear that would be hard to operate over here. > Phx > > ------ > Unsubscribe or change to/from Digest Mode at: > http://www.lrflex.furnfeather.net/ > Archives are at: > //www.freelists.org/archives/leicareflex/ > ------ Unsubscribe or change to/from Digest Mode at: http://www.lrflex.furnfeather.net/ Archives are at: //www.freelists.org/archives/leicareflex/
