Sorry to hear about your eyes - that is a bummer for a photographer!!
I’m having a bit of eye trouble myself and saw my ophthalmologist a week ago
in Victoria. His office called today and my operation is scheduled for October
25,
twelve weeks from initial appointment to under the knife. That’s pretty standard
for our system I guess. Several years ago Esther had a cataract that was
diagnosed
as making her nearly blind in that eye. We went the private route in Vancouver
and she
had operating time a week after she saw that ophthalmologist. Someone had
cancelled and she picked up his time. Cost for one eye about C$2,000.
