Thanks.  The clock tower was tweaked in LR using the usual sliders for clarity, vibrance and saturation, then converted to B&W and used the color channels t dial back the blue and aqua and punch up the yellow and orange.  Then it went to Photoshop for the Find Edge filter and then posterize, then back into LR for some white and shadow adjustments.

As far as cold, with no one in the building at the college and with a welcomed slight drop in the outside temp, the AC made it great for me but cool for them.  When we were at the USDA lab, the room we worked in also housed many of the refrigerators and freezers and one -80 freezer for a few labs, so the AC was turned up in that room.  Once again it was perfect for me but cool for them.

Those were fine images, Aram. Thank you. I don’t know how you did that to the
clock tower, but it reminds of “solarized’ prints that I saw back in those
Time-Life silver books on Photography from our youth. :)

Now, a off0subject question for you. Is the lab kept a fairly cold temperature?
The young laddies all thru your series are pretty “bundled-up” ….that, or the
young ladies are seriously cold-natured. :)

Best regards,

Well, at lest my students are.   They are done with the lab work and now are

While my help was not needed I wandered around campus taking a few Q2 shots.  I
am a sucker for shadows, so here are a few muted a bit by the smoke from a
nearby fire.

If one thing symbolizes the Yakima Valley Community College campus it is the
clock tower.  The lighting was not that great so I played around with it quite
a bit to get this:
