The DMR still continues to impress. Great shot. I never bought the DMR for
two reasons. Cost is a factor, but even more so it the size and weight. I
struggle with hauling the equipment around on hikes. I am still looking for
a small answer that will meet my needs. I hate EVF's. All I have looked
through are not acceptable except for the Leica Q, but that does not have
interchangeable lenses. Have not had the opportunity to use the new R, but
I hear it has a fantastic viewfinder, too. Big and expensive, too. Keep
hoping Sony will get their act together and get a good viewfinder.

Subject: [LRflex] Friday flowers
Flexers,
One day in April 2003 my wife Marian brought some tulip blooms from the
Farmers’ Market and put them in a vase by our kitchen window, where they
were backlighted by sunlight.
I could not resist and with my R9/DMR made a series of shots, this one with
the 100mm lens, 1/125 @ f/6.8. ISO 200.
I hope you enjoy it.
C & C welcomed.
Bill
