Hi Bill,
From a law enforcement point of view ? Anyone caught fiddling a photo in an
illegal fashion? The guy/gal carrying out said fiddling should be made to use
a "HAMMER & SMASH, CAMERA & all ancillary equipment to pieces! And destroy
original and messed with images!
Yeah I know some will consider that a bit mean-assed! TOUGH BEANS!!!
PHOTOGRAPHICALLY? I HATE CHEATERS WITH A VENGANCE!!!!
cheers,
Dr.ted

Hi Ted,
That is true, perhaps the “fiddling" cannot be seen by the eye.
But wait, there is more.
There are now software programs that can detect photo manipulation and which
are in use by photo editors and law enforcement agencies, so monkeying can in
fact be "easily” detected.
If you Google “photo manipulation detection” you’ll find a whole industry
dedicated to easily detecting manipulation.
What the software gods give (photo manipulation tools) they also take away
(photo manipulation detection tools).
Irony? Poetic justice? Hm…
Bill
