I'm sure it will work, but I don't think it will be
much different from a straightforward FD > EOS adapter
with a correction lens.
The Sigma body adaptation still has the corrections
lens, the quality of which is decisive for quality -
the Leica-R and CY conversion mounts, for instance,
don't have any optical elements.
