A few weeks ago, Rose and I were in north western Alberta, where I took the shots of Nuthatches, Evening Grosbeaks and Blue Jays, all recently shown, here.
David,
Thanks for this information. Service that is dedicated and competent
is critical to operating any fine instruments, but obviously more so for
ones that are decades old. My SL just now decided it likes rewind mode
and doesn't want to come out. I think I will give Gerry a try.

Good Mornin' Charlie!

I think you'll be very happy with Gerry's work.
David,
Haven't got one of those, I'll hold out for full frame.
And then I'll have to save my pennies for awhile. :-)
I will tell them you sent me.
Thanks,
We've got heavy rain and wind here, is it snow up there?

Nope ... not yet! A brisk, but pleasant 9 degrees (48 in the USA), but winds at 16 to 30 kph, giving a wind chill down of 0 to 2 degrees (32 to 35 in the US). OTOH, the sky is blue and the sun is bright! And I'm indoors!!!!

Cheers!
