Thanks for this information. Service that is dedicated and competent
is critical to operating any fine instruments, but obviously more so for
ones that are decades old. My SL just now decided it likes rewind mode
and doesn't want to come out. I think I will give Gerry a try.

We've got heavy rain and wind here, is it snow up there?
Nope ... not yet! A brisk, but pleasant 9 degrees (48 in the USA),
but winds at 16 to 30 kph, giving a wind chill down of 0 to 2 degrees
(32 to 35 in the US). OTOH, the sky is blue and the sun is
bright! And I'm indoors!!!!
