Because my dad was a newspaper man, a reporter and editor, Weegee was------
well known in my boy hood home.
He chased the police at all hours and shot some very grisly photos of
corpses, crash victims, fight losers, etc.
Lots of good stuff but lots of gore too.
He was truly unique.
