WeeGee was also known to carry around a big jug of water, in his trunk.  He'd 
splash it around the crime scene, because in B&W, it looked like more blood!

Because my dad was a newspaper man, a reporter and editor, Weegee was
well known in my boy hood home.

He chased the police at all hours and shot some very grisly photos of
corpses, crash victims, fight losers, etc.

Lots of good stuff but lots of gore too.

He was truly unique.
