Missed this in my last FS post...
Leica Winder-R8. Works perfectly, but no longer required, as the DM-R
has a motor (shutter cocking only, naturally) built in!
A quick breeze around the net shows that new, they seem to all be
US$659. Adorama has a used one for $469 + s/h while B&H want $579 + s/h
for their used one.
Mine is a mere US$385 + shipping/insurance at cost. Includes box.
