Hello Ledgewood residents!
My name’s Danylo Zadony and I’m the President of our development’s youth swim
team. After growing up in Ledgewood and swimming for this very team I can’t
tell you how excited I am to continue this tradition for years to come.
One of the challenges we face with our smaller team size is adequately running
our home swim meets. The meets are completely run by volunteers and parents,
except for those officiating the swimmers. None of the roles/tasks necessary
to run a meet require any sort of significant advanced training.
Alumni parents have assisted throughout the years and have been critically
important, I can’t thank them enough.
Anyone interested in assisting with meets can sign up at the link below. The
link only requires an email, you will not have to create/manage another
annoying password. Alumni parents who have assisted in the past, please also
use the link as we are splitting tasks with our partner team, thus requiring a
bit more organization.
We are also offering service hours for any students in need of the opportunity.
Anyone looking to volunteer for service hours should email me at
