Thank you. I remember going to Muleshoe in the very early 80’s while at
Tech and there were “millions”! (At least it’s looked that way!!) It was
amazing to see the numbers.
Another question. I’m surprised there is not a lot of ducks and migrating
water birds on the string of lakes off MLK. Lots of water but not a lot of
birds and with the playa lakes dried up this seems like the logical place.
Is it the depth or lack of nutrition?
