I would like to bird the Lubbock WTP hotspot, but have not been there yet and I
do not want to trespass or disturb normal activity at the site. Could anyone
give me some info about this hotspot?
Is permission needed?
Where is the best access? (It looks like you would take 50th to 2800, but then
satellite imagery shows possibly private dirt roads to the north and south of
the WTP)
Can the dike be driven?
Anything else I need to know?
