Greetings Friends,
This topic came up at Wednesday evening's Zoom meeting. Laurie had some
details.
I anticipate that there are skilled people already working to address this
for Meeting.

FYSA, since Wednesday's Zoom meeting , my agency IT is uninstalling Zoom
from all computers.
Going forward, my agency IT only allows access to Zoom by the browser
version a*s long as the software from the host is confirmed to be
up-to-date. *

In addition,  my agency recommends:  use a password for the meetings (much
like the conference call pins--would have to be added to the invitation.
Apparently for Zoom it is just a 6-digit pin.

Question - Who is confirming that the Zoom host's software is up to date?
This confirmation would be helpful to stay connected safely!

Adapting together!
