Hello, ALL of the LABO host families!
I received following information from LABO SACRAMENT OFFICE. Please read
carefully.

wanted to send out a quick note regarding potential health insurance claims,
in case any of the kids or chaperons have to go to the hospital or anything of
that nature.
To best facilitate my ability to file the claims, when putting down the
delegate's information at the hospital, please put the HOME ADDRESS as the LABO
SACRAMENTO OFFICE ADDRESS, rather than the host family or actual Japanese
address. This will make sure that all the invoices and claim info come directly
to US LABO office.
