I do hope you're being intentionally silly there.
The parts you point out in Long Live Politzania are intentionally meant to
sound like coming from an old tinny, scratchy 78 record played on a wind up
gramophone. That's an effect they worked hard at presenting and NOT an issue of
the master tape being partially erased or of any problem with it.
