Five Standard Violation Penalties applied so far:
1. Mike on 18th January for failing to finish SO I AM GLAD in time.
2. Mike on 25th April for failing to finish 12 RULES FOR LIFE in time.
3. Iain on 10th May for failing to finish TOTAL RECALL in time.
4. Mike on 25th May for failing to finish 12 RULES FOR LIFE within 30
days of the initial SVP being applied.
5. Iain on 8th July for failing to finish A MOVEABLE FEAST in time.
