[karc] Finding out who is subscribed to the KARC List

Hello everyone:
At the meeting last night, I said that anyone subscribed to the KARC
List can find out who else is subscribed. To do this:
1. Start a new message in your e-mail program (do not use 'Reply')
and address it to ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. In the subject line, put: 'who karc' (omitting the single quotes).
You will shortly receive by e-mail a list of the names and e-mail
addresses of everyone subscribed to the list.
You can retrieve the complete list of available list commands by
sending a message to ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 'help'
(omitting the single quotes) in the subject line.
In both cases, make sure the message body itself is empty.
