[karc] Balloon launch

The balloon launch was yesterday, Tuesday. Apparantly the APRS did not work but
another system on board called SPOT did work. It only shows the track, not the
altitude. There is not much info yet but some data was downloaded directly as
the balloon ascended, and the balloon and payload were apparently recovered.
More info as soon as the crew returns, probably Wednesday.
