Hi all,
I realize the focus of the Kingston ARC is not emergency preparedness, but
being prepared is part of the hobby. So I wondered if there has ever been any
thoughts of linking the repeater to the CanWarn system.
For those who aren't familiar with the network; there are a series of repeaters
which are linked together via computer to each other in the event of an
emergency. Here is a link to a list of repeaters which are linked within the

Hopefully the link doesn't get truncated.
Picton, VE3TJU @ 146.730 is the closest repeater to Kingston according to the
website.
Anyway, just a thought to start a conversation.
