I agree with Celine, I do not want joke attachments, enough come through on my regular e-mails.

Indeed I agree about the joke attachments... they can get annoying.

But other times I appreciate attachments that are relevant.

About a year ago I started allowing attachments to be posted to the
mailing list, and gave myself veto power over any messages larger than
128KB. In all this time, only two messages were larger than that, and I
decided to approve both of them.

What does everybody think about allowing attachments? Should we allow
them? Yes? No? If I set a maximum size, what should it be?
