What do we need to do about the training programme?

I am sending a revised version of our organization profile. See if you think this makes more sens.

Bats in Action (Ceará, Brazil), PIC nr: 925989161 implements programmes for education and rehabilitation of youth with visual impairment. The organization is located in a rural setting in a region with poor economic development, services and infrastructure.
We try to use alternative learning methods teaching skills and methods for an independent life such as Braille, the use of information technology, orientation and mobility and daily living skills. involveing beneficiaries in peer learning processes which has proven a successful strategy.

Will you send another version of the proposal?

*2. Publicity and Effective fundraising for small grass root NGOs -

- Creating a publicity strategy: Who does the organisation want to reach and what it wants them to know? (publicity documents, branding, events, media, joining networks)
- Developing a realistic Fundraising plan, fundraising strategies (grants/income generation/user charges/individual donations/corporate giving)
*3. Volunteering -**

- how to use the potential of offline and online volunteering to address gaps of the NGO in a sustainable way
- Using EVS as a tool for engaging international volunteers and guidelines for proper hosting and coordination of EVS activities
- Writing EVS applications and understanding all procedural measures in the application process
- opportunities and threats of involving local and international volunteers in activities of the NGO

*4. Peer Support -

*Through experiential learning Youth workers learn how to work with their peers:
- examining assumptions about who they are, and explore ways to create mutual relationships in which power is negotiated, co-learning is possible, and support goes beyond traditional notions of “service.”
- reviewing the intangible: strategy and structure, ownership& commitment of particular activities of the organization
- use individual action plans, active listening, recovery focussed language and approaches, problem solving, boundaries, ethical issues, challenging situations and working in groups. 5. Curriculum development for stationery and online transversal skills trainings for youth workers (including formal recognition)

*5. how to prepare educative training content teaching IT, civic and entrepreneurship skills
MRP 1: Tijana, Tomek , SolidarityFilmDoc Poland
MRP 2: Tiffany, David, Jyothirgamaya India*
- Using European best practices of Youth organizations Public Private Partnerships + recognition of qualifications (Youth pass) to teach how to involve public institutions: educational, governments but also companies in transversal skill acquisition programmes

*6.Disability related / Equal opportunities etc –* *(I added this one as most of the partners work with youth with disabilities, mostly visually impaired)
