Dear Tomek,

I am not sure whether my umbrella organization has this number. It is kind
of too complicated to apply with the umbrella organization, and Youth
Energy of Serbia cannot get registered by the deadline. So, I want to ask
whether I can join through your organization, or something like that.

If your organizations have not applied for EU funding before, as Jessica
mentioned, you need to get a PIC number for them - to be part of the
application.

Please start with registering your NGO in the European Comission
Authentication Service web portal. The procedure how to do it - you can
find under pages 9 - 17 under the following link:

. It is a simple form you have to fill in with your contact details and
info about the organization like registration number, registration
authority. One important thing you have to make sure - that from the
drop-down list of Programmes - you choose ERASMUS+. This is very important!

I managed to do the above relatively easy (less than 15 minutes) but I
don't know how well this form works with screen-reading software. If you
have any problems, please let me or Jessica know and we will work something
out!
