J. Random, a few thoughts: [1] The last time I cancelled a trial account with MSN [and it did not disappear after they said it would] they said that the cancellation [as far as the lack of billing] would be effective as of the conversation, but would not actually occur until some future time -- when they throw all the switches at one batch swoop [in the MSN case it was at the monthly turnover of the subject account]. Perhaps UO is doing things in a similar way -- it does saves personpower, but keep your eye on your credit card statements, nonetheless. Computers *can* make errors, but, to really s**** up, humans are required. [2] Challenge any credit card debit from them in the future, if such occurs -- they assured you, you ARE free. [3] Often recommended: "do not look a gift horse in the mouth" unless you have to pay for the feed ;-). Of course, if you test whether you still have unlimited, you could be cut off midmonth, so Catch 22. [4] Just read another post suggesting the title bar thingy is from a registry edit made by Juno. Likely, and maybe they did/will not change it back -- so it may or may not indicate the capability of your current account. <meow> thepccat On Thu, 17 Oct 2002 17:37:15 EDT "J.
