I sent a message to <spamdesk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> describing my problem
and enclosing two files fold0000.bad and fold0000.ba1, which I had
renamed on two occasions after moving the fold0000.frm file from my
user0001 folder to my dektop. I got an automated message back Juno's
Automated Spamdesk <spamdesk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> asking for a copy of the
mail headers in the offending message(s), which I could not get at using
the Juno 4 client. I have sent them back one more fold0000.ba3 file and
await a furher reply. Maybe eventually I'll get one from a human being.

However, I found this link on their web site:
http://help.juno.com/support/webmail/u-block-61.html

The problem continued this morning with two more messages. I opened the
fold.ba4 file with my text editor, and found a lot of gobbledegook and
html coding. However, I was able to identify the headers for the two
offendng messages.
I couldn't find a link for a block list in Juno 4, with which I use
Megamail. I opened the account in Juno webmail, and found it there.
The two messages both came from a domain called virtuswitch.com . I put
that into my block list and am hoping that the problem will go away, at
least for the time being.
