I would think so. I doubt the PIREP system has a concept of "night".

A couple of questions, on a cold and wet Sunday morning:

Does anyone have a link to the CAA writeup on GPS landing proceedures,
for EGJB?

As darker nights draw on it looks increasingly possible that some VFR
flying will be after dark, though in FSX daylight. How is this tackled
in IVAO Pireps? Will it accept a flight at, say, 2100 that's listed as VFR?
