[jhb] Flight levels East and West bound.

This is where I'm going to learn something J.
My understanding has always been that westbound flights are even FLs and
eastbound were odd. I'm currently flying between Ibiza and Tirana and had
filed FL330 as I'm heading East. However I have been advised by Barcelona
control that I need to be on an even Flight Level. What have I missed or
have I just over simplified the whole thing???
