Thanks, I just pasted this advice into the same document where I'm saving the
instructions from others. Thanks, Judith

  Hello,

The / key on the num pad is the second key to the right of the num lock key.
The num lock key is the key in the upper left corner of the num pad. Hope I
have helped you out.

  Warmest regards,

  Hank Merchant Jr.

Using the desktop layout, it's num pad slash. Using the laptop layout,
it's caps lock 9. Hope that helps.

Hi Judith, when you send a file to your CD drive, it's not physically
copied to the CD, but instead it's stored in some temporary location where
files ready to be written to a CD are stored. So once you have the files, you
right click the CD drive and select write these files to CD. The CD writing
wizard will then appear. Just follow the instructions and your files will be
written successfully. Hope that helps.

A person sent me this message yesterday as an alternative for
writing a CD:
"Just highlight the folder and initiate a right click option to
select Send to CD "

In his next message he said just highlight the folder I want to
copy and right click. Can anyone tell me how to use this function to create a
CD? Judith
