using JAWS with application monitoring software such as Foglight, OpenView

I'm working with an IT person who has been gradually losing his vision and
now at the point where he needs to use JAWS for computer access. His
experience has been with application monitoring, using products such as
Foglight, OpenView, IBMITM, which I understand are very graphical. Does
anyone have experience using JAWS with these types of applications. This
person wants to know if it's feasible to pursue this vocational path.
