same happened on my PC time ago, there is a tool called adobe update, look for
an option to deactivate it.
I really can't tell how exactly I did, because someone who can see helmped me
to do it.

still using XP-Home, and wonder if Adobe Reader 7 works better with XP than
9 would.
And Can some one please help me, every day, I get that message stating or
requesting me to up date my Adobe, and I do not want to, how can I get this
message from "bugging" me every time I turn on my computer?
