actually, it is not strange at all, because, some of the subscriber
was using html as their email editor instead of plain text.
therefore the footer will not be included with the email, unless it
is a plain text email.

Also, I'm noticing a rather disturbing trend, for some reason, some
of the stuff like what's in the footer of every outgoing message
like the unsubscribe information isn't being included in some
posts on this particular list or the one i run, which is also on Freelists.
Strange for sure, especially since it's supposed to show all that stuff.
