Isn't that what JFW Time Zone Scripts do?
http://www.jfwscripts.cjb.net/
It has been a long time since I installed them, and as it says installing
them is a lot more involved than the normal copying and pasting of some
files, smile.
But I remember they worked really well and I enjoyed them while I had them
installed.
Here is just a few sentences from the above website.
This set of scripts allows Jaws for Windows to announce the current time in
any one of 64 user-selectable time zones. Once installed, pressing
Insert-F12 three times quickly will cause JFW to announce the time in the
currently selected time zone while Four quick presses will result in the
date in the current time zone being spoken

I wonder, about that, time zones, why is it so popular to call C U T,
(coordinated universal time," "UTC, when it is not UTC but C U T? :)
<grin> GMT or "Zulu" time is "Greenwich mean time," so why isn't
coordinated universal time just called "C U T,?"
Universal would be better than UTC, oh well, semantics I know.
