Isn't that what JFW Time Zone Scripts do? http://www.jfwscripts.cjb.net/ It has been a long time since I installed them, and as it says installing them is a lot more involved than the normal copying and pasting of some files, smile. But I remember they worked really well and I enjoyed them while I had them installed. Here is just a few sentences from the above website. This set of scripts allows Jaws for Windows to announce the current time in any one of 64 user-selectable time zones.
