Adaware, Spybot SD and Microsoft antispyware are all free and deal
with spyware. Microsoft antispyware only works on win 2k and xp and
needs some use of the mouse cursor to work.
Also, you might want to get spyware blaster and spyware guard.

Could someone give me an opinion on a free program to get rid of spyware and
unwanted adds etc., hopefully a free download?
