Hi, there are two programs you should have. Both of these programs help to block spyware. Note: these programs do not remove spyware. All they do is help to block them. I use both. Spyware Guard, and spyware blaster. Both are free, and you can get them from www.jfwlite.com Another note: very important! with spyware blaster you have to keep it up to date. U check at least twice a week to see if there are new updates. Same concept with spyware blaster as with antivirus. In order for the spyware blaster to work properly it needs to be updated. For free spyware removal I use spybot search and destroy.
