Let me see if I get this right. You want Windows to scan your disk every time you start your computer? That shouldn't be necessary if you're not having trouble with your disks. If you want to schedule your scandisk to run automatically, you can do this through task scheduler. I think that would be off topic for this list, though. -------------------- E-mail/MSN: wil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I C Q: 95379501 -------------------- -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of ashish Sent: Saturday, January 24, 2004 1:06 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: scan disk not working hello friends, I am new to the list, I am facing a problem I have to reinstall windows, before it when my computer was shut down improperly it performed a scan disk to correct the errors but after reinstalling windows it is not doing so, I can do it manually but is there a way to correct it? please help, regards -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
