I turned it off because when I tried to read a grocery store ad it was very annoying to hear it over and over. I turned it off in the verbosity settings for the page but every time the ad went to a new page it came back.

I had to do a lot of searching and really can't give instructions on doing it as I am not comfortable in exploring the configuration manager and I usually just take the default settings but it is there and you can uncheck it.
