riddle still un solved

Hello, this is Christopher again.  I tried jaws repair and to find favorites by 
some other way.  Nothing has gone  right.  Jaws still won't read the top of 
favorites.  Maybe it has something to do with my Windows XP Home Edition.Please 
help me if you can.  Thanks so very much.
