You might try reg scrub xp, it works good with jaws, and it's free!

Well, I need your help once again if you would be so kind. I am looking in to
registry cleaners, programs that clean and fix errors in the windows registry.
I have downloaded one application PC On Point, but unfortunately, it doesn't
work with Jaws. Has anyone had any luck with registry cleaners? Any assistance
