question about the NBP.org website

Hi, everyone. Has anybody ordered anything from National Braille Press online?
I did all right until I got to the complete order button. I hit enter on it
and it said the information wasn't proper. I know for a fact that it was
because I highlighted where it says "master card" and hit enter on that too. I
can't even get a hold of my instructor to ask her what to do because she buys
stuff from National Braille Press online al the time. I'd appreciate any
helpfull hints somebody could give me. Thanks in advance.
