Hi, Katherine. I ended up ordering the book I wanted by phone but the
problem I had when trying to order it online was when I got to the checkout
page. I tried to type in thecorrect credit card information but the computer
gave me an error message saying that information wasn't right--and I knew it
was. At the time I tried to order the book I had Jaws 4.51. Now I've upgraded
to 5.0. When you type the card number, do you put the dash in between the
numbers or do you leave the dash out? I used thejawscursor but even then I
couldn't find feilds I was supposed to fill in. Thanks very much for your help
in advance.

      Hi, Rosemary,

I ordered a Harry Potter book from NBP in July. I had a bit of trouble
but nothing that wasn't easily fixed on my own. If no one else has helped by
now, I will be glad to help if I can.

Hi, everyone. Has anybody ordered anything from National Braille Press
online? I did all right until I got to the complete order button. I hit enter
on it and it said the information wasn't proper. I know for a fact that it was
because I highlighted where it says "master card" and hit enter on that too. I
can't even get a hold of my instructor to ask her what to do because she buys
stuff from National Braille Press online al the time. I'd appreciate any
helpfull hints somebody could give me. Thanks in advance.
        Rosemarie
