Do you know the last time he either did a disc clean up & or a defrag?
Some times that helps out.
Once I get your answer I'll think of something else to try.

I have a friend, whose computer just recently acting really weird. He got a
bunch of error messages, when he tried to connect to internet explorer. JAWS
did not anounce what type of errors messages it got, only thing it said was
send don't send buttons. Any suggestions on how he could fix this problem,
please?
He also has some documents that need to be copied from his e-mail to Word,
but the computer just wouldn't do it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
