start->programms->accessories->systemtools.  In there is disk-difragmenter.  I
think it is also an option you can choose once you are in the properties for
your harddrive by doing an alt-enter on the drive name under my computer or
windows explorer.

Um, question! Where could he find the computer management enable for him to find
disk defragmenter? I did tell him to defrag his machine by going to the
administrative tools in programs . He told me there was nothing called
administrative tools on his computer. I'd then asked him to go in to the control
panel to find disk defragmenter, or computer management, but nothing had came
up. Any ideas of where else he should go next to find the disk defragmenter to
defrag his computer? Please?

I also advised him to go and purchase the nod 32, and he did that. Also, he just
recently downloaded regscrub xp from the jfwlite website. That what we've done
so far. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

  Hey vy,
Do you know the last time he either did a disc clean up & or a defrag?
  Some times that helps out.
Once I get your answer I'll think of something else to try.

I have a friend, whose computer just recently acting really weird. He got a
bunch of error messages, when he tried to connect to internet explorer. JAWS did
not anounce what type of errors messages it got, only thing it said was send
don't send buttons. Any suggestions on how he could fix this problem, please?

He also has some documents that need to be copied from his e-mail to Word,
but the computer just wouldn't do it. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks everyone.
