putting a synthesizer in to the jfw imi folder or whatever it is

hi bruce and all. I am trying to see if i can get a synthesizer to work or
become one of the choice language synthesizers besides the eloquence one.
It is a russian synthesizer that i want to use for jaws.
Is there anyone that can tell me more or less how to do this/
