  Hi,
It appears that you have to invoke the Jaws cursor. I was able to read
information when theJaws cursor was active.

    Hello list,

I'm trying to access a webpage and am having no luck navigating it. I was
hoping others on here can try it out. I'd like to see if it's just me or if
it's really just the page itself.

It's the US Customs homepage. The page itself comes up fine, but when I
type in a search term and press enter, the next page is completely blank. Jaws
only says blank when I do the say line command. I can't navigate any other way.
I've tried refreshing the page, trying different search terms and so on. I
would think this odd that a governmental webpage would be inaccessible to a
screen reader.

I'd appreciate it if anyone else can go to:

    www.cbp.gov

And just do any sort of search and let me know if they've got any better
luck with the results page that comes up.

    Thanks,

    Cristobal
