problem with JFW 6.2 and focus display

Hi all!
Sometimes when I'm working with Jaws, my focus freezes up on me. It displays
the last line of what was on the screen and keeps it there, not refreshing when
new information appears. Sometimes I can shut down jaws and bring it back up
and then it works for awhile. Other times Jaws won't come up. The only way to
really fix the problem temporarily is to restart my machine. This isn't always
convenient for me. Any suggestions as to what the problem could be? Thanks!
