Are you creating a link out of the address? Here are the instructions:
Copy link by selecting the address.
Hit alt I and arrow down to hyper link. Hit enter.
If the link is in an email it will come out as a link but in the original
message it will just appear as an address. This has been my experience. Judith

Sometime if I virtualize a web page to copy and the url in the address line
it will not take me to the same page again when I paste the url in an address
bar. If anyone knows the problem and can help I will appreciate it. I asked a
sighted person to do it with the same page and he got to the same page. thanks
