problem copy and paste url

Sometime if I virtualize a web page to copy and the url in the address line it
will not take me to the same page again when I paste the url in an address bar.
If anyone knows the problem and can help I will appreciate it. I asked a
sighted person to do it with the same page and he got to the same page. thanks
