placing the jaws cursor on an OE message

Hi all. I was wondering, how do you get the jaws cursor to get focus on an
OE message? Whenever I use the jaws cursor I can only read the addressbook.
What I'm trying to do is with people who have long display names in their
email address, I wanna put my jaws cursor on the person's display name so
that I can shorten it so that jaws doesn't read all that garble so that it
will get to the subject line more faster. These would be email addresses
like people who have a variety of numbers and letters in their display name.
I know I probably sound picky, but I find it annoying. Any help on this
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
