Hi,Dewayne wrote: "can someone refresh me on how to use the keyboard command insert+3"
Basically pressing JAWSKey+3 tells JAWS to ignore the next keystroke pressed. So let's say, for example, an application has an action asigned to INSERT+T. Obviously, this keystroke will not work correctly whilst JAWS is working because JAWS uses INSERT+T to read the window title. So, to get around this, you press JAWSKey+3 followed by INSERT+T.
NOTE: there is no need to press JAWSKey+3 again to toggle key trapping back on, JAWS does this automatically. This means that if you need to untrap more than one keystroke you need to use JAWSKey+3 prior to each keystroke.
