Yes, go in to Outlook then press Insert 6. The config manager will load  then 
alt-s for settings then "user settings" is the first one that should be  
highlighted so press enter on it. Now the first option is the "progress  
messages" 
arrow to the choice you want. That is all their is too it. Then save  your 
configuration.
